Central Park West
The house is located on Central Park West and 69th street. The apartment design is a full gut renovation within a pre-war building. The design process was to create an apartment with a great flow from bedrooms to living areas, with the kitchen as the center piece. Ceiling millwork was used as framework for spaces as well as circulation and visual paths within the space.
